As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be supporting the Food & Beverage AHM in the operational delivery of the F&B proposition in order to drive customer service standards and deliver commercial sales performance. Shift patterns will include early shifts (7am - 3pm), Late shifts (3pm - 11pm), Night shifts (11pm - 7am) and weekends are our busiest time so only read on and apply if you can be available for these shifts.


  • Customer Service: Excels in delivering great customer service standards and drives the frontline team so as to deliver a great customer experience consistently
  • Health & Safety: Conducts daily and weekly checks to ensure the division is safe and compliant at all times
  • Deputize in the absence of the F&B AHM: Champions brand standards so as to drive a positive customer experience and adherence at all times
  • Stock Management: Completes periodic counts in order to ensure correct stock levels are maintained whilst minimizing the risk of stock loss across this division
  • Sales: Provides sales targets to the team in order to deliver sales against targets within the F&B division through daily huddles
  • Training and development: Collaborates with managers to ensure that workforce training is completed thereby maximizing sales and delivering a great customer experience 


Work Experience

Be confident in driving sales and upselling offers and products, knowledge of hosting a shift, competent in use of systems, expert knowledge of stock taking procedures, competent in managing stock levels across the department

  • Follows up on delegated tasks and checks to see whether it has been completed to the appropriate standard
