Key tasks

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team!

A Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of our Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.

What will I be doing?

•Providing 5 star Food & Beverage service in the hotel outlets, in line with brand standards
•Maintaining the highest levels of service, information and professionalism in all dealings with clients
•Up-selling and promoting of products to our customers, inspire and influence team members to deliver high standards of service and exceed guest expectations
•Supervise standard operating processes
•Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times
•Health & safety of associates and members of the public is monitored and maintained
•Other supervisory / management duties carried out as and when required
