Key tasks
In this important role, you will be assisting in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage operation to include Conference and Events, Restaurant, Bars, Cellars and Room Service. You will be involved in ensuring the high standard of food delivery is met.
Applicants would be expected to be able to train and develop the team, have excellent communication skills and be able to work and manage within a busy environment.
