KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing the operations of Restaurant & Bar as well as Room Service, Mini-Bar and the Executive Lounge
• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests.
• Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.

Desired profile

Skills

Level of Education Bachelor / Licence
Areas of study Hospitality
Professional experiences 1 to 2 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)

Essential and optional requirements

• Prior F&B experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is desirable
• Prior F&B experience at supervisory level
• Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.
• LCQ and/or GM Certificate advantageous
