We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service, and conference & events (banquets) , ensuring high service standards and exceptional guest experiences.

 

Job Description

·  Supervise and support the F&B team during service periods
·  Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets
·  Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
·  Assist in training and coaching team members to meet brand standards
·  Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively
·  Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and safety
·  Support stock control, ordering, and cost management initiatives
·  Assist with rostering and daily operational planning

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquets environment
·  Prior supervisory experience or a strong Attendant ready to step up
·  Excellent communication and leadership skills
·  Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
·  A guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
·  Valid RSA
·  Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
·  Full working rights in Australia
