Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
·  Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
·  Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
·  Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
·  Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
·  Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
·  Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
·  Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
·  Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
·  Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
·  Assist in inventory management and stock control
·  Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
·  Support the organisation of special events and functions
·  Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Strong experience in a similar hospitality role

Interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

Fluent in English

Right to work in the UK
