- Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Respond to guest queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival.
- 1-2 year’s experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel/resort.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are paramount.
- 3 Years Diploma/Degree from a reputed hotel management institute.
