Job description

Key tasks

- Establish Food & Beverage procedures in all operation aspects in accordance to the Hotel policy.
- Develop F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department, stimulate
sales and profit, control operating expenses
- Involve Chef in planning of menus, decide in pricing which is market sensitive.
- Provide Management with information regarding client satisfaction and activities of
Competition
- Implement Food & Beverage products compliant AccorHotels standards.
