- Ensure that all F&B Sofitel standards are being followed within the department ;
- Develop and administer F&B budgets, strategic plan and promotional activities of the department to stimulate sales and profit while controlling operating expenses;
- •Ensure guest satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance; and
- Ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching and the development of team members;
- Minimum of 3 years F&B management experience in an international five star hotel;
- A strong understanding of overall hotel business;
- Result & service oriented with eye for details; and
- Passionate, energetic and self‐motivated individual who can deliver exceptional service;
