Job Description

  • Ensure that all F&B Sofitel standards are being followed within the department ;
  • Develop and administer F&B budgets, strategic plan and promotional activities of the department to stimulate sales and profit while controlling operating expenses;
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance; and
  • Ensure appropriate hiring, training, motivating, coaching and the development of team members;



Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years F&B management experience in an international five star hotel;
  • A strong understanding of overall hotel business;
  • Result & service oriented with eye for details; and
  • Passionate, energetic and self‐motivated individual who can deliver exceptional service;
