Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.

 

Job Description

What You will be Doing:

·  Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, mini bar and functions..
·  Responsible in creating menu's and use correct pricing methods.
·  Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
·  Completing monthly beverage stock take
·  Mentoring and Managing staff. 

About the Restaurant:

·  A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
·  We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
·  1 main bar open 7 days a week + 2 other bars which are opened on demand.

Qualifications

Your Skills And Experience Include:

·  A natural leader who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team.
·  Ability to be innovative and creative to bringing ideas to life!
·  A true passion for Food and Beverage with a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
