Job description
Key tasks
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand.
- All food and beverage outlets, storage and provision areas are under the responsibility of the Food & Beverage Manager .
- Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and frequently visible in the hotel.
- Maximizes business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards.
- Supports connectors to improve their skills and provides the tools required for career development.
- Manages, motivates and organizes personnel in order to improve the quality and the creativity of F&B Department.
- Makes suggestions for service, food and F&B promotion improvement.

Essential and optional requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field .
- At least 01 years experience in the same position, has experience in AccorHotels Group in an advantage.
- Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation, interpersonal skill and training.
- Communication skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Languages: fluent in English (both spoken and written).
