Key tasks

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations
within budgeted guidelines and to the highest
standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and
external customer service
• Responsible for the overall operations of all
Restaurants, Bar and In Room Dining to
achieve guest satisfaction and organizational
profitability through effective utilization of all
resources
Ensure that the company and statutory
hygiene standards are maintained in all Food
& Beverage outlets of Ibis Styles Goa.
• To abide by the mission statement of the
Company and of the department.
