Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager and General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
· Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
· Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained as well as to promote Pullman Brand promise
· Plan and set up strategy to develop the revenue of F&B Department
· Strategize on new products and service offerings
· Financial planning to perform within targeted parameter
· Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
· Driven project leader and concept creator
· Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property
Qualifications
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
• Detailed F&B knowledge, including wine, food, mid-size banquet, weddings
• Operational experience 3 years at an equivalent position in an international 5-star brand is required
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Creative and display a flair for F&B related marketing and entertainment.
• Fluent in English, Thai language is a plus.
• Previous experience in Thailand and in a Resort is mandatory.
