Job Description

We are seeking energetic and personable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.  As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Providing friendly, attentive and professional service across our restaurant and conference spaces
·  Taking and serving orders efficiently while anticipating guest needs
·  Supporting set-up, presentation and smooth operation of events and dining areas
·  Maintaining a welcoming and polished environment for all guests
·  Working collaboratively with your team to deliver seamless service
·  Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of service areas

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

·  Friendly, approachable, and a guest-focused attitude
·  Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferable
·  A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
·  Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
·  Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
