As F&B - Team leader, you will assist the Operation Manager - F&B in the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage points of sale.
- Is a proven leader that embodied the Heartist values, who lead the team on the floor and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
- Is involve in the benchmark and the renewal of the food and beverage services
- Has for passion the arts of service and culinary
- Is entrepreneurial and well organised in his work
- Supervise and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure a high quality of service and their own development
In addition, as Team leader you must be ready and flexible to support other department in their daily operation.
Yours experience and skills included:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and hotel
- 5 star Food and Beverage experience and knowledge
- A degree in hospitality and catering school is an advantageous
- Bar, Restaurant and Culinary skills
- Attention to details
- Great presentation, Guest centric and service minded
