What you will need to do

•To work within all areas of food and beverage, organising and planning to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
•To assist with staff training and development and to encourage them to up sell food and beverage, to continuously monitor and check standards of work and correct when necessary
•To be polite and helpful to customers at all times and to assist and improve the operational efficiency of the department.
•To have a good product knowledge of menus, wines and beverages.
•To ensure smooth and first-class service is carried out at all times.
•Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service at all times and that all staff are polite and helpful to all guests.
•To comply with all statutory and company regulations to Health & Safety, hygiene, conduct of employees, fire emergency procedures, security of premises and of property
•To be fully conversant with liquor licensing Laws and Regulations and ensure that there is no contravention of these laws by bar staff
•To be responsible for the care and maintenance of all food and beverage equipment, the cleanliness and good repair of all areas and to ensure your staff maintain their equipment with due diligence
•Monitor performance of customer satisfaction through analysis of mystery guest, internal audits and feedback. Develop and implement action plans to address any shortfalls in standards.

Annual salary is £19.773 - depending on experience.
