Responsible in assisting for the smooth daily operations of the restaurant by managing resources and supervising employees.
Assists in developing strategies and drive sales to ensure the outlet operates successfully and is individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the Hotel.
Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred.
Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required
Service focused personality is essential.
Strong user knowledge of MS Office and MICROS.
