Key tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Be visible and hands on at all times
Lead innovation and creative ideas within your team and the restaurant
Maximising all revenue opportunities and drive promotions with preferred suppliers
Conduct training and development of staff
Drive the passion for achieving targets through average spends
Tailor our service to the individual needs of the customer, be a key Heartist driver.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage and exceed F&B financial performance targets

Enjoy being innovative and creative with a passion for dining

Ability to demonstrate great organisational and management skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Must have a supportive/hands on work style

Be eligible to work in New Zealand
