Key tasks

To direct and co-ordinate overall activities of the various food and beverage outlets, to ensure quality of product and service are maintained within the budget provided.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.
