Key tasks

An effective member of the Hotel Operations Committee (Reporting to the Director of Operations) his/her responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
*Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, including the following areas: Outlets - Restaurant and Bars- , Banquets, In Room Dining.
* Ensure the achievement of Objectives on a Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis
*Prepare and implement departmental budget, guidelines, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate direction and legal requirements.
*To ensure effective communication between the management and the department and to provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General manager to assist in formulating strategic goals and plan.
*Maintains a forward-thinking mindset to achieve the departments and overall property goals.
*Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance.*Be an example of Brand Standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.*Clearly demonstrate to guests and colleagues a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of Pullman Core Standards at all times.
*Work a flexible schedule that meets business demands, including weekends and holidays.
