Job Description

·  Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
·  Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
·  Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
·  Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
·  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
·  Superior communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
