Key tasks

Assist all concerned department/ executive office and supervise daily accounting operations.
Supervise the personnel management in the Accounting department.
Responsible for financial and monthly management of accounts – budgets, forecasts, business plans, secretarial duties, insurance, fixed assets and operating equipment. Also responsible for general management of accenting/costing staff members.
Responsibilities also extend to the day to day control of cashing up procedures as well as revenue reporting and control of cash management.
Responsible for general management of accounting/costing & storekeeping /purchasing and night auditing staff members.
