As a Finance Administrator you will the support the Finance Controller in the daily management of the onsite hotel accounts with the support of the accounting centre.

This includes but is not limited to daily banking, management of credit applications, invoices being actioned in a timely manner. Resolution of queries from clients and suppliers. Management of the hotel ledger. Ensuring that the hotel team respect and respond to key monthly deadlines.

Previous experience preferred. If you are a whizz at Excel and have knowledge of Opera, this would be a plus.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential and flexibility is required.
