Key tasks

General Missions
'• Provides a welcome and quality service to customers at its catering point of sale
• Contributes in a global way to the satisfaction of the customers because of the quality of its work and the example of its behavior • Adopts the good behaviors and attitudes in the spirit of Service ibis Styles and around its values: Modernity, Simplicity, Wellness '
Main responsibilities
Customer relationship
'• Reserve a warm and personalized welcome to the customer in the service spirit of the brand
• Provides attentive service and adapted to the client's constraints
• Is attentive to the customer's remarks and ensures their follow-up
• Establishes good relationships with the customer, advises and retains
• Knows perfectly the specificities of ibis Styles and highlights the offers of the brand and its hotel '
Business technique / production
'• Performs:
- the unloading of goods related to its service
- the establishment of the point of sale and the backs
- welcome and customer service
- cleaning and storage of the room and back after the service
• Informs himself before each start of service on the composition of the dishes and any breakages (participates in the briefing and debriefing of the service)
• Adapts its organization and pace of work according to the influx, events and clients
• Recognizes the different types of customers and adapts its service according to the basic rules.
• Ensures the durability of the equipment made available.
Team management / transversal involvement
Communicates and cooperates closely with the kitchen
Commercial / Sales
'• Be attentive and respect the customer's request while developing sales
• Contributes to customer loyalty through its quality of service • Encourages the customer to express themselves on the interactive guestbook
Management
'• Is involved in achieving the objectives of his department:
by following the procedures and internal controls applied in the hotel
• Contributes to the good management of crockery and small equipment avoiding breakage
• May participate in inventories
Hygiene / Safety of persons / Environment
'• Ensures the cleanliness of its workplace and food safety by respecting HACCP hygiene rules on a daily basis
• Complies with the instructions for use and safety of the equipment provided.
• Applies the security rules of the hotel (fire ...)
• Respects the commitments of the sustainable development policy taken on the establishment (saving of energy, recycling, sorting of waste ...) '
