Job Description

•Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager to manage the team

•Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z

•Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers

•Helps the point of sale attain profitable results

•Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

Qualifications

•Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Captain / F&B Supervisor

•Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English

•Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant

•Working experience in 4* hotel operation is highly regarded
