Job Description

·  Provides a friendly and personalized welcome for guests
·  Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
·  Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner, gives information and promotes the outlets, takes reservation

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Attendant / Hostess 
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Good knowledge of F&B Service operation especially All Day Dining Restaurant
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
