Job Description

·  Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
·  Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
·  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
·  Handle cash and credit card transactions
·  Checks the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, order and other requests.
·  Visits the guests in the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

·  Proficiency in Opera
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
·  At least 2 years experience working on a similar role.
·  Hospitality background is preferred. 
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
