Job Description
· Oversee the shift and allocate duties to team members when leadership is not present.
· Represent the Food & Beverage outlet in operational meetings when required.
· Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and all documentation is accurately recorded.
· Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the outlet to Novotel standards.
· Monitor and replenish stock levels, placing orders as needed to support smooth service.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to maintain an efficient service flow.
· Maintain a strong guest‑focused approach and ensure the team delivers warm, attentive service throughout the shift.
· Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and update the Manager on actions taken.
· Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and support daily revenue generation.
· Stay aware of daily business levels and upcoming events impacting the outlet.
· Take responsibility for all payments and financial transactions during the shift.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
· Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
