Key tasks

• To serve VIP guests in Executive Lounge regarding check in, check out
• To lead the butler team and ensure they always perform their service to guests as personal assistant, always anticipate guest’s needs rather than waiting to be asked.
• Arrival accommodation preparation with amenities set-up related and complete special request
• Check in and fully advise the benefits of Suite / and or Executive Rooms user
• Adapt and complete guest request. Serving coffee, high tea, food, wines, liquors and canape at the Premier Lounge.
• Check out and engage guests concern and complete guest satisfaction.
• Take appropriate action to solve guest's complaints.

Essential and optional requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management
• 3 year experience in guest / customer service
• Basic knowledge of all hotel operations
• Strong leadership skill
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written in English
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented
