Job description
Key tasks
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by preparing all dishes in line with the procedures and standards
- Innovative and Creative
- Respect the food health and safety standards and procedures
- Contribute to the appropriate management of raw meterias
- Create and present the dishes in line with high technical guidlines
- Adapt work volume of guests,to special events and particular guests
- Help receive deliveries and ensure food distribution according to the storage guidelines
- Manage inventories and order for food product
- Incharge of calculating cooking ratios respecting HACCP regulations
- Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and costs.

Essential and optional requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience similar position
- Believe in and follow the brand’ svision, contributing his/her talent to the brand
- Act as Public Relations s and Culinary Ambassador
- Must be strong decision and strong leadership skill
- Ability to work under pressure, Proactive approach
- Analytical tool sand detail oriented
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
- Special skills in Micros POS
