Job description

Key tasks

- Overall operation of the hotel to ensure that all departments operate successfully and efficiently.
- Monitor the day-to-day operation of the hotel to ensure that guests will experience the exceptional service from hotel’s staff.
- Execute the hotel’s business plan and direction to maximize profitability
- Assisting budgetary planning and accounting overseeing.
- Ensures that all department heads in the section follow and completely understand company policies & standards.
- Lead and inspire all subordinates to achieve the hotel’s mission.
