Key tasks
• Purpose: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise F&B sales and profit. To ensure agreed operational standards are delivered consistently to achieve targeted guest satisfaction.
• Position Overview: To manage all aspects and give direction to the entire food & beverage operational departments, which include Banquets, Restaurants, Room Service, Bar, Bakery and Kitchen.
• To continually focus on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls.
• To achieve guest satisfaction targets and team member satisfaction goals.
• To develop and train F&B operational managers and supervisors,
• analyse current trends and making recommendations accordingly. The EAM F&B contributes to the overall business planning and development of the hotel.
