  • Direct and co-ordinate various services related to daily, or night operations as required.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests to maximize customer satisfaction to exceed TrustYou targets
  • Maintain highest standards and quality of services in Front Office Operations

Work Experience
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Customer service oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skill
  • Strong knowledge of Opera System
