- Direct and co-ordinate various services related to daily, or night operations as required.

- Maintain highest standards and quality of services in Front Office Operations
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Customer service oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skill
- Strong knowledge of Opera System
