Job Description
· Proven experience as a Director of F&B in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end lifestyle brands.
· Strong expertise in multi-outlet operations, luxury dining concepts, and high-volume banquets.
· Demonstrated success in revenue generation, P&L management, and cost control.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
· High standards for service, presentation, and guest experience.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment with international client.
Qualifications
· F&B strategy development and operational leadership.
· Menu engineering, culinary trends, and beverage program management.
· Revenue management, cost control, and P&L accountability.
· Luxury guest experience design and service standards.
· Team leadership, talent development, and performance management.
· Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams for business optimization.
· Awareness of global luxury dining and hospitality trends.
