Key tasks

Your main duty is to motivate the sales team through the implementation of a sales action plan. You main tasks are to: *Analyse the market and the environment. Implement and manage the sales action plan. Carry out direct marketing actions (mailing, phoning). Create sales pitches and support tools (brochures, reply coupon, competition...). Coordinate operational marketing actions. Set up and upgrade dashboards.

Essential and optional requirements

Role and Responsibility:
1. Drive Key Web Strategies
Work closely with corporate team by
a. Providing required inputs (participation in tactical campaigns, solicitation for distribution contracts, other ad-hoc requests)
b. Sharing hotel level requirements/insights.
c. Visibility to Unit specific offers and sales events
d. Seeking guidance on the global ecommerce strategy, dos and don’ts.

2. Content Management and Animation
a. Giving inputs (text/images) to corporate team for animating Key placeholders on the Brands.com e.g. home page banners and offers pages for Novotel.com
b. Update important information on websites through hotel factsheets

3. Social Media Management
a. Work closely with Social agency to ensure execution is per the Monthly social calendar (Facebook/Instagram).
b. Update Mandatory Posts on Facebook
c. Respond to Online Reviews on G+ and other forums (Online Reputation Management)
d. Ensure Social Pages are aligned to Brand guidelines
e. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
f. Being updated on Social trends and best practices

4. Email Marketing
a. Inputs (Images/Text) to corporate team for Global E-communication

5. Partner Management
a. Develop and maintain relationships with agencies to ensure effective program execution, adherence to strategic direction and timely program measurement.
b. Regular OTA audits to ensure adherence to rate parity and implementation of other mandates. Work closely with OTA marketing managers.
c. Help in adherence to SLAs
