ibis London Earl's Court is looking for a dynamic and talented Deputy General Manager to join our team reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual seeking to continue their professional and personal development with a new challenge.

As Deputy General Manager of 504 room site, you would be assisting the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services by implementing the brand standards and hotel strategy. You will create a relationship with the guest throughout their stay by coming up with a solution to all their needs and gaining their loyalty. You will look after your team and support them by facilitating their development and by helping to bring the best out of them. You will participate in various operations tasks where required and oversee the best application of those procedures.
