Job description

Key tasks

To ensure the implementation of all cost control policies and procedures and their enforcement by all departments.
To prepare and issue various cost reports, and to follow Evalpack Audit.
To cost all recipes, inter-kitchen transfer as well as any food and beverage consumed.
To define min/max, par stock management system and ensure the strict compliance with by all parties concerned.
To control that all goods received and delivered in/out hotel main stores are properly documented and accounted for.
To perform daily/monthly food and beverage sales reconciliation using POS-generated sales analysis report and ensure that all discrepancies are explained.
To perform monthly physical count of all areas of operation and stocks.
To report the daily and monthly F&B costs.
• Conduct and coordinate with all concerned to count operating equipment twice per year.

Essential and optional requirements

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or F&B studies.
1 to 3 years' experience, in similar position in up-scale or luxury international class hotel.
General computer skills, competent in use of hotel PMS applications is an advantage.
Good command in English, understanding of Thai or Laos language would be appreciated.
Analytical skills and ability to prioritize works.
Positive démeanor with good communication customer service and relationship skills.
