MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) are key to our business.
As Conference and Events Service Supervisor, your role will be an important one which combines hands-on service delivery with overseeing the team and keeping them motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Your role involves making sure rooms are set up and equipped correctly for conferences and events in accordance with guest requirements, refreshments are served on time and to a high standard as well as responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner and maximising sales opportunities at every turn.
Previous experience within a similar operational MICE, Banqueting, Conference and Events, Restaurant, Head Waiter or Head Waitress supervisory position would be advantageous.
