Job description

Key tasks

You are responsible for driving Conference & Event Sales within the hotel. To lead your team to convert bookings from enquiry stage to confirmed booking. To proactively drive sales of meetings and events for the hotel, to have short and long term plans and activities. To meet with customers face to face, over the phone and via email. To track and review your departments performance and take action where needed. To work alongside and with other departments in the hotel to achieve the hotels goals and targets.
