As a conference Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Answering inquires via telephone, email or online
- Ensuring a incredible event from start to finish for the delegates
- Updating meeting partner websites with photos, descriptions, and promotions
- Carrying out local research of potential new business
- Developing relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency bookers to ensure a strong base of new and regular repeat business and to ensure confidence in the hotel and booking process
