Our Hotel:
The 4-star Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel and Spa is a modern hotel ideally located in the city centre of Cardiff, with 165 spacious bedrooms.
With extensive meeting and banqueting space, this stylish hotel is an ideal venue for any event with 15 fully equipped, adaptable suites that are versatile for up to to 700 people.Holland House is Cardiff's largest hotel-based conference and banqueting facility and among the most impressive venues in the city.
Accommodating up to 710 people, the hotel's 15 conference suites are superbly designed in a contemporary style and feature state-of-the-art multimedia presentation and communications facilities. The Calon is our signature meeting room for up to 550 guests ideal for weddings or gala dinners.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Conference and Events Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily conference and banquet operations. You will assist in leading a large team of F&B attendants in a fast paced environment.
