Job Description
Enjoy a varied fast-paced role, where no two days will be the same as you:
· Assist guests with queries and provide recommendations. You will be knowledgeable on What's On in Sydney and be able to provide assistance with dining experiences, tickets to a show, attraction to see or transportation.
· Connect with people from around the world everyday creating outstanding guest experiences for them.
· Oversee daily operations and delegate appropriate tasks on shift.
· Supervise the team of Porters and Welcomers on shift, driving their performance.
· Foster a consistent and guest-centric culture within the team to be able to deliver a guest experience like no other in line with our luxury brand standards.
Qualifications
Does like sound like you?
· Service industry experience and ability to excel in a luxury brand
· Ideal role for a Bell Captain or Porter Team Leader ready to step into a leadership role
· Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions
· Ability to motivate and encourage others to work as a team to achieve business objectives
· Experience with the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) would be advantageous but not essential
· Bilingual/Multilingual highly regarded
· Desire to grow, learn new skills and contribute to a rewarding team environment
