Are you passionate about taking guests on a Journey through food? Do you have a culinary mind? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for an early riser who will predominatley work breakfast shifts.

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis Chef, wishing to expand their culinary horizons.

You will bring your passion for food and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout the dinning experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests.
- Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
- Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.
- Interact with guests during service, e.g serving eggs direct to guests

Essential and optional requirements

- Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to our guests.

- Previous experience working during breakfast service advantageous

- Must hold a NZ Food Safety certificate or the ability to obtain one.

- Committed to working varying breakfast shift start times; 3:30am, 5:30am or 7am
