Key tasks
As a Commis Chef you will have:
- An interest to produce food to a high quality and standard
- The ability to comply with the food and hygiene regulations
- A high level of personal cleanliness and presentation
- A good level of spoken English
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing food for all departments as set down by our Head Chef
- Working within a vibrant environment
- Inform Head Chef/ Supervisor about any stock shortages before service
- Maintaining safe and hygienic work environment
