Job Description

·      Manage the online presence of the hotel and F&B outlets across all digital platforms, including social media, OTAs and the hotel website

·      Drive the social media marketing strategy for the hotel and execute on this strategy for both paid and organic social

·      Google PPC campaigns and related search engine campaigns

·      Monthly monitoring and reporting of website traffic & performance (Google Analytics)

·      Drive the SEO strategy for the hotel in collaboration with a 3rd party agency

·      Create the content (written and images) for both internal and external communication (in-house collateral, newsletters, press releases, etc.)

·      Respond to online reviews in a professional manner

·      Provide monthly reports on the results of all online reviews (RPS)

·      Liaise with bloggers and 3rd party vendors

·      Provide support on the marketing of hotel events

·      Responsible for all offline marketing communications including Food and Beverage and Spa.



Work Experience

·      1 - 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within hospitality

·      Strong written & verbal communication skills in English (Thai language skills a plus)

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and experience with WordPress & Google Analytics

·      Understanding of SEO concepts

·      Basic photography skills preferred

·      Able to work under pressure & passionate about the latest digital marketing trend
