Job description
Key tasks
To ensure that assistance is being provided at all times to all customers and guests and their stays at hotel are comfortable and memorable.
To supervise and delegate duties to all staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules as required.
Handles or resolves any guest complaints and establishes good relationships with guests and clients of the hotel.
Identify and develop leadership qualities among staff in order to guide them towards a path of career enrichment with hotel.

Essential and optional requirements
College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.
Concierge experiences or 3 years and above Concierge experiences.
Fluent in Chinese & English.
Familiar with Opera or Fidelio system, be good at Microsoft Office.
Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
Good communication and coordination ability, good team spirit.
