Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for:
- To review the final input into the general ledger from the various sources, to identify and reconcile the items affecting the balance sheet and to report on the financial results as required.
- To assist the AFC in overseeing and directing all aspects or operation with regard to the processing and distribution of local payroll and the bookkeeping operations of the hotel.
- Prepares, implements and compiles data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts etc.
- Supervise the work of the, Payroll, General Cashier and Accounting Payable Supervisor.
- Ensure the accuracy and propriety of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly recorded in the books on a timely basis.

- Must have education in basic accounting subjects,preferably with certificate,2 year experience the same position.
- Must be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word and Sun SystemHave professional knowledge and experience in strategic planning and sales operation management.
- Familiar with financial system, financial and tax expertise;
- Master basic computer operation, will prepare basic function formula.
