-Ambitious, hard-working and committed
-MBO level 3 degree in hospitality management or higher
-Atleast 1 year experience with leading an F&B team
-You are fluent in Dutch and English

But what is this job really about? As Chef de Rang you create unforgettable experiences for our local- and hotel guests in our renovated Bridges, BarBistro and our terrace. In addition to running and controlling the work during lunch and dinner, you are fully committed to our guests. You find it important that the high standards within the hotel are adhered . In addition, you will find it pleasant to enthuse guests and colleagues with your broad knowledge in the field of wine and food. You work in a professional and warm way with your colleagues and you can find yourself in a personal and relaxed way of providing service.

Bridges is a unique Michelin Star restaurant with a dynamic atmosphere, the restaurant serves breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon and dinner with matching wines and exceptional cocktails in the evening. Bridges is a combination of different spaces, each with its own distinguished menu but with the same recognizable identity.
