Job Description

·  Prepare and present high-quality Western and hot dishes in the main kitchen in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
·  Manage and oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food are to the highest standards.
·  Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and ensure variety and quality in the dining experience.
·  Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
·  Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
·  Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation.
·  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
·  Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
·  Exceptional cooking skills with a strong focus on Western cuisine.
·  Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
·  Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
·  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·  Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior chefs.
·  Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
