We are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team on a permanent full time basis (39 hours per week across any 5 days).
In this position, your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for.
You will also help run all food outlets within the hotel, assist in the training of other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other duties.
To succeed within the position, you will have genuine passion and a high attention to detail, working from company specs to produce high quality food within the restaurant and within our busy conference and events kitchens.
